Return & Refund Policy

At Zenavara, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If these conditions are met, we’ll gladly accept your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request photos to verify the issue and will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
